The Mahwah Thunderbird Run is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given. Your donation is going to a great cause!

IMPORTANT: The students will race by grade (boys and girls combined) on the high school track. No students will be dismissed until all grades have run. For the safety of the students parents are asked to observe from the bleachers. We appreciate your cooperation!

RACE WAIVER:

By registering my child(ren) online I'm agreeing to the following statement.

I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity for my child. I should not enter my child or let him/her run unless he/she is medically able and properly trained. I agree by any decision of a race official relative to my child's ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with my child running in this event including, but not limited to tripping and falling, contact with other participants, the effects of weather and conditions of the road/track, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of my child's entry, I, for my child and anyone entitled to act on my child's behalf, waive and release Mahwah Schools Foundation, all sponsors and volunteers, their representative and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my child's participation in this event. I grant permission to the MSF to use any photographs of my child from this event for any legitimate purpose in all medias including electronic publishing without payment or remuneration.
